My partner Mike and I were at a crossroads in our carrier a couple of years ago. Much as we enjoyed being in the senior market and renewal commissions from LTC sales, we realized the market was changing. Things were getting more complicated. Rates and underwriting were not making things easier and getting appointments to sell was getting expensive and hard. We were introduced to "this guy who has his own seminar system and single handedly writes $4 - $6 million Dollars in annuities annually". Being in the industry for awhile, we naturally discount everything by 50% and then we don't trust the rest to be true. We did, however, take the time to check this one out.
At first we were shocked at how nice and open Bill was sharing everything with us. Then we were shocked again by the initial cost of doing the seminars... this is the best thing that happened to us in the past fifteen years. We no longer have to prospect.
